No Matthew …but Portland still feel the effects
JAMAICA last week caught just a piece of Hurricane Matthew which dumped heavy showers over the eastern section of the island before barreling over the south-western tip of Haiti, sections of Cuba, The Bahamas, and the east coast of the United States.
Portland, however, still felt the effects of Matthew. Jamaica observer
