Police need help identifying body found in Old Harbour
KINGSTON, Jamaica — The police are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying the body of a man, believed to be in his early 70s, that was found on Sharpers Lane, Old Harbour, St Catherine, on September 1.
The body is of dark complexion, slim build, about 163 centimetres (5 feet 4 inches) long and was clad in a grey shirt and grey pants.
Reports from the police are that about 9:00 am, residents stumbled upon the body and summoned the police.
Upon their arrival, the body was seen with what appeared to be chop wounds.
The police say the scene was processed and the body removed to the morgue, but they are yet to identify the deceased.
