Heavy rains continue to pound St Mary
ST MARY, Jamaica — Persistent heavy rains continue to pelt the western area of St Mary affecting communities including Carron Hall, Pembroke Hall, Wood Park, and Windsor Castle in the northern parish.
One resident of Carron Hall told OBSERVER ONLINE that it has been raining nonstop for the past two weeks.
The consistent rain, the resident said is now affecting farmers and their ability to plant and reap their various crops.
However, most of the roads, although damaged, are open.
