#LocalGovt16: PNP candidates greeted with cheers in SE St Mary
ST MARY, Jamaica — People’s National Party supporters in Annotto Bay, St Mary, have gathered to witness and cheer on their nominees for the four divisions in South East St Mary.
Member of Parliament Dr Winston Green accompanied each candidate inside the nomination centre, initiating a round of applause after each nomination.
The four candidates are: Kevin Golding who will be vying to represent Annotto Bay Division; Oneil Roy, who will be contesting Castleton Division; Levan Freeman, the sitting councillor and Mayor of Port Maria who is seeking re-election to the Bellfield Division; and Patrick McLeod, who will be vying to represent Richmond.
They all paid their fees using three $1,000 notes.
