St Andrew man killed at his Negril business place
ST ANDREW, Jamaica — A St Andrew businessman was murdered this morning at his business place in West End, Negril, Westmoreland.
Dead is 44-year-old Christopher Durant of Kirkland Heights in St Andrew.
Police say Durant was pounced upon after closing his business place about 12:50 am and was about to enter another premises.
The police say they were alerted to the incident after explosions were heard.
On their arrival, Durant’s body was found with multiple gunshot wounds.
He was taken to hospital, where the police say he was pronounced dead.
