DECK SELECTORS

From the early days, both Richard (Sr.) and Michael knew the important role music must play in their business. Within the first year of operating ‘Tuesday Nostalgia’ was formed where each week a DJ would perform and the patrons would guess the name of the tune and the singer in order to win prizes. Back then, Tuesday was the most popular night of the week with music selectors: Errol McGowan (The Rock), Bobby T (Epiphany), Richie Clarke (Tropics), Mordan Brown (Magic Fingers) and Conrad Yee; Andrew Henry (Renegades) was our first and the resident DJ on a Friday, assisted by a young Kurt Riley now Party Animal. Over the years, the cadre of ‘Deck Selectors’ grew to include… Gladdy (Wild Bunch), DJ Dwey, Gary Kong, Craig (Young Lion) Ross, Clive Buddo (Magic Fingers) and DJ Archie.
