Akshon does one for the females
DEEJAY Akshon says he had the females on his mind when he penned his latest single Whine Fi Mi.
“Whine Fi Mi is dedicated to the ladies. Nowadays, when you go to parties the men are taking over the dance floor, so I decided to do this song to give the ladies a chance to have fun on the dance floor,” said Akshon.
Produced by Starr Fraternity Music, Whine Fi Mi was released in early October 2016. It is available on all digital platforms.
The up-and-coming artiste has been doing his promotional rounds with the single and it has been paying dividends.
“Feedback is great so far; the ladies love it and the man dem rate it to. I see this song being a hit, even spreading overseas. A lot of work has gone into this song and I really want to give thanks for all the love I’m receiving,” he said.
An accompanying video will be ready in the next few months.
Akshon, whose given name is Christopher Gould, hails from Kingston. He recorded his first single in 2006 titled Never Say Never.
His other singles include Do It Right, Nah Worry, Feel So Nice, and Touches.
