Man found dead after allegedly making sexual advances on 10-y-o boy
ST JAMES, Jamaica — A male social worker from Ramble, St James was stabbed to death in his community on Tuesday after allegedly making sexual advances towards a 10-year-old boy.
Dead is 44-year-old Lorrel Nicholson, a social worker of New Ramble in the parish.
Reports from the Freeport police are that, Nicholson was at home about 9:51 am when it is alleged that he made sexual advancement towards the boy who made an alarm and ran away.
Residents later found his body on a football field with several stab wounds.
The police were summoned and he was taken to the hospital where he was pronounced dead.
Investigations continue.
