George Mueller Early Childhood School gets cool donation from ATL
Students and teachers at George Mueller Early Childhood School in Santa Hill, Clarendon, are beneficiaries of a recent donation of a topmount refrigerator courtesy of Appliance Traders Ltd. Administrators at the 26-yearold institution — which serves children from communities including Spalding, Bullocks, Mandeville and Baillieston — cited challenges with its existing appliance, which had been at the school for near two decades, affecting cold storage and their nutritional programme. Accepting the donation from ATL’s Kendra Johnson (left) are Beverly Brown (second left), former principal; Evette Dawson, current principal; Lennox Christie, chairman of the school board; and K3 students (from left) Abigail Higgins, Ajariph Reid, Kheiona Edwards, and Brian Thompson.
