Killer Sounds from Black Shepherd
Black Shepherd is ready to take on all sound systems with his latest song, Sound Killer. Recorded on the the Addictive rhythm, he expects it to appeal to hard-core dance fans.
“While it may not be that prevalent in Jamaica, sound system clashes are very much alive in sections of the United States and Europe. Persons are already requesting dub plates. It is one of those singles that instantly takes its listeners to the dance halls,” said Black Shepherd.
Sound Killer was released in March by United States-based Black Liberty Records.
Born Alton Bonner, Black Shepherd is from the well-known Bonner family. His brothers are singers Pliers, Richie Spice, Spanner Banner and Snatcha Lion.
“I have been honing my skills for some time with lyrics that are insightful, relevant, and often relate to life and relationship, observed with the honest eyes of a child,” said Black Shepherd.
His previous songs include Ebola and Blood Tears.
