Today’s Horoscope

HAPPY BIRTHDAY for Saturday, May 13, 2017: This year you make a strong impression on others, especially when you relate on a one-on-one level. You might need that type of intimacy before you feel free to open up. You are subject to sudden insights, which you generally mull over in your mind before sharing. If you are single, having a quality relationship rates high on your priority list. You are likely to develop a serious bond come fall. If you are attached, the two of you want to develop a closer bond. You won’t have to push this development forward — it will occur naturally in the second part of the year. SAGITTARIUS will take risks and do what you are not willing to do.

ARIES (March 21-April 19): Reach out to those whom you care about but don’t often see. You could be too serious and not be able to identify what is motivating others. Know that you can’t change someone else, even if he or she seems to be closing down. Tonight: Be entertained. Do whatever is your pleasure. TAURUS (April 20-May 20): An associate could decide to open up. You might be overly serious when dealing with this person. A discussion should not be postponed, especially if it will affect your life. Something will click in your mind, and you’ll gain a new insight. Tonight: Share more of yourself. GEMINI (May 21-June 20): Others come forward. You have various friends who are close to you in different ways. Enjoy the diversity around you. A loved one might make a strong demand. If you don’t have a positive response, take your time forming your thoughts. Tonight: Just don’t be alone. CANCER (June 21-July 22): You have pushed yourself very hard in the past few days, if not weeks. You need to take a break, even if you have a major event looming on your calendar. If need be, cancel your plans for the day. Everyone needs a break; why wouldn’t you? Tonight: Ask and you shall receive. LEO (July 23-Aug 22): Your playfulness often surfaces in unexpected ways. You could be quite serious with a new friend who you feel is stepping out of line. Let this person know if you feel uncomfortable, and be sure to listen to what he or she shares. Tonight: Let go, and have a good time. VIRGO (Aug 23-Sept 22): Recognise what is going on in your immediate circle. It might be a fun idea to bring others together for a party. Allow your friends’ imaginations to have a new outlet. Bringing loved ones together is likely to result in a very memorable happening. Tonight: Let it all hang out. LIBRA (Sept 23-Oct 22): Know that you might not be ready for what is likely to happen when you bring together people from all facets of your life. Don’t worry so much; instead, get down to the basics, help others relax and make appropriate introductions. Tonight: A conversation could go on and on. SCORPIO (Oct 23-Nov 21): Be aware of a tendency to go overboard. You might not be comfortable with setting limits, but you don’t seem to have a choice. The need for self-discipline is very evident. Don’t beat yourself up; just keep a closer eye on your budget. Tonight: Let the fun and games begin. SAGITTARIUS (Nov 22-Dec 21): You understand yourself well, but those around you could have a problem adjusting to your waffling moods. This period of being somewhat tight or grim will be ending this year. Know that you are about to make a major change. Tonight: Be more spontaneous. CAPRICORN (Dec 22-Jan 19): You might have worn yourself down and caused yourself to be unusually tired and withdrawn. Take the day off, if you can. Unless an event or a get-together is a high priority, try to make an adjustment to your plans so you can kick back and relax. Tonight: Play it low-key. AQUARIUS (Jan 20-Feb 18): Friends surround you, which makes you happy, but you could feel as if you are scattering your energy and not spending enough time with a sibling or loved one. Make plans to visit this person soon. An associate might be very hard on you. Tonight: Be where the action is. PISCES (Feb 19-March 20): You will feel as if someone is making unusual and unnecessary demands. How you feel could change dramatically with the moment. You know when you have had enough, so speak up. You might opt to withdraw. Will that get your point across? Tonight: A must appearance. (c) 2017 by King Features Syndicate Inc.
