The 19th staging of the Jamaica Observer Table Talk Food Awards took place last week Thursday, at Devon House. With 63 stations showcasing the finest culinary and beverage offerings there’s little wonder people are still salivating. Culinary artist Oji Jaja and hissous-chef Shauniel Whitley,inside the Serge booth, addingsweet corn to the micro greens.Other offerings included: creamof broccoli, toasted quinoa,smoked tomato concasse,saffron whipped creamcaramelised polenta, friedchicken and mac ‘n cheese.
