Suspected suicide at Bellevue
KINGSTON, Jamaica — Undertakers have just removed the body of a member of staff of Bellevue Hospital, who is suspected to have hanged himself on a ward at the mental health facility early this morning.
OBSERVER ONLINE has learnt that the deceased is a middle-aged man employed to the carpentry department.
Sources close to the situation have reported that his death may be linked to poor working relationship between staff and management which the source described as “depressing and stressful”. “This is sending a clear message about the high-handedness of management,” said the source.
