Munga Honorebel to return to court Friday
KINGSTON, Jamaica — Dancehall deejay Munga Honorebel is to return to court on Friday for the continuation of his bail application.
He was earlier this month remanded when he appeared before the Kingston and St Andrew Parish Court.
Today’s court date was set for him to return by presiding Judge Tracy-Ann Johnson in order for her to acquaint herself with the preliminary report on the matter.
The entertainer, whose given name is Damian Rhoden, was charged with the murder of Cleveland Smith, who was shot dead at a dance in the community of Ackee Walk in St Andrew, approximately two-and- a-half weeks ago.
Munga Honorebel, who has a career spanning almost two decades, got his break in 2005 when he teamed up with producer Don Corleon. Among his tracks are Flippin Rhymes, Ina Mi Arms, and Bad From Me Born.
