Man murdered at home, two wounded at bar in latest Clarendon shootings
CLARENDON, Jamaica — Gunmen in Clarendon continued their assault on residents in the parish last evening when they carried out two separate attacks that left one man dead and two others hospitalised.
Rick Baker, 30, was at his home on Juno Crescent in May Pen about 8:30 pm when his attackers broke in and shot him several times. He was pronounced dead at hospital.
Then, about an hour later, the police were summoned to another shooting at a bar in Gimme-Mi-Bit, Milk River.
The Corporate Communications Unit (CCU) said the gunmen pulled up in a car and opened fire at two men who were at the business place.
The two are said to be nursing injuries at hospital.
