ATL Automotive now Kia dealers in Jamaica
KINGSTON, Jamaica – Leading local motor vehicle dealer ATL Automotive today announced that it will add the Kia brand to its portfolio, becoming the exclusive distributor come March next year.
ATL Automotive CEO Adam Stewart disclosed that direct control of the sales and service of Kia vehicles will be under a newly created subdivision, ATL Tiger Automotive, which will operate from facilities in Kingston and Montego Bay, St James.
He added that although ATL will not be officially delivering or servicing vehicles until March 1 of next year, customers will be able to immediately pre-order vehicles “for delivery the moment the operation opens and can choose from a comprehensive range of Kia’s award-winning models”.
Kia models include the micro hatchback, the Picanto; sedans in the five-door Rio, and the four-door Cerato and Optima; as well as the subcompact crossover, the Soul.
The Kia Kingston sales and service operation will be located at Oxford Road, while in Montego Bay, Kia will simultaneously open at a brand new showroom in the Fairview Shopping complex with servicing taking place at the service centre at Bogue, the auto dealers said.
