Sizzla, Popcaan for Superior bike show

COME Sunday, it’ll be a buzz of excitement at State Mall complex (near KFC) in Cross Roads, where a hot reggae showcase will be blended with a heavyweight bike and car show and a kiddies’ village.

Headlining the Superior Parts NOS Maximum Boost show will be reggae sensation Sizzla Kalonji and the “Unruly Boss” Popcaan.

Also on the billing is Govana. The day’s activities should be a blast with music from King Tafari Sound and juggling by Nero, Full Clip, Alpachino, Ali Patch, and ZJ Nova.

Promoters Derrick Johnson Jr and Clinton Johnson of Superior Parts both have high expectations for the show.

“It is shaping up to be one of the biggest bike/car and general entertainment shows in not only Jamaica, but the wider Caribbean region, and the fans are in for a real treat, all day long and into the night,” Johnson Jr told Jamaica Observer.

“It is not easy to put together a wide-ranging show of this nature, so when the fans get such an opportunity they will relish in it, and it should be a really good time for all who come out for the event,” Johnson.

Heavily on the buzz for the day will be various competitions among top flight car and bike enthusiasts, led by the Crank Up riders from across the country, as well as a number of international acts, all vying for exciting prizes.

To top it all, a big raffle will be on among all the patrons for a top prize of a 2017 Supra motorbike, second prize of a 32” smart TV, and third prize of a tablet.
