UPDATE: Sri Lanka A 57-4 at Tea v Windies A
TRELAWNY, Jamaica – Sri Lanka A batting a second time were 57-4 at Tea on day two of the second ‘Test’ against West Indies A at The Trelawny Multi Purpose Stadium.
Scores on a rapidly wearing pitch: Sri lanka A 294 and 57-4; West Indies A 137. The visitors now have a second innings lead of 214 with six wickets in hand.
Roshen Silva not out 24 – after receiving a fearsome blow to the side of the helmet from 20 year-old fast bowler Oshane Thomas – and Shehan Jayasuriya, 6, will resume after the Tea break.
Off spinner Rahkeem Cornwall has taken 2-17 while fast bowlers Thomas and Sheldon Cottrell have taken a wicket each.
