UPDATE: Sri Lanka A close in at Tea
TRELAWNY, Jamaica — Sri Lanka A were in two wickets of a series-levelling victory over hosts West Indies A at Tea on the third day of the second four-day ‘Test’ at the Trelawny Multi-Purpose Stadium here Saturday.
Scores: Sri Lanka A 294 and 267-9; West Indies A 137 and 119-8.
Sunil Ambris, unbeaten on 40 and Keon Joseph, on 8, will resume after the Tea break.
Sri Lanka A left-arm spinner Malinda Pushpakumara who took 6-52 in the first innings, now has 12 wickets in the match after a second innings six-wicket haul.
