‘Magnet-ficent’ Lashes
Before (left) and after One Two Lash application.

‘Magnet-ficent’ Lashes

Full, long, thick, fluttering lashes will never get old in the world of beauty. When mascara can’t get the job done, artificial lashes and lash extensions compensate. Although many Under the Dryer (UTD ) readers love the volume that artificial lashes or lash extensions allow, many abhor the procedure which can be quite time-consuming, and, might we add, a tricky and uncomfortable process.

Enter: One Two magnetic lashes!

Yes, you read it correctly — magnetic lashes are a thing!

A fairly new product to grace the market, magnetic lashes have got the nod from many beauty gurus, critics and retailers. Using micro-magnetic technology, the brand One Two Cosmetics developed the One Two Lash which sandwiches your natural lashes between two ultra-lightweight fibre strips to create a bold and dramatic lash line in seconds. Katy Stotsk, founder and CEO of One Two Lash, says the revolutionary product is the first of its kind to use magnets instead of adhesive glue.

“No glue needed and it works! Revolutionary product, indeed. I love it!” exclaims Jelena Khurana, a satisfied customer on the page’s website. Other customers have chimed in with their reviews, including Cheri Skibski. “It’s what we all have been waiting for! I am an extremely low-maintenance woman who finds these extremely practical and easy to apply!”

The unique lashes claim to have been designed to make lashes look long, thick and luxurious while maintaining a natural look. For UTD readers who are tired of tweezers, adhesive glues and the streaming tears, this breakthrough solution is available for shipping to Jamaica and takes between 14-21 business days to arrive. It is said to work for all ages, ethnicities and fits any eye shape.

For UTD readers who are compelled to try the ‘magnet-ficent’ lashes, feel free to email us your reviews at: whyten@jamaicaobserver.com.

Steps for One Two Lash Application

Hold top of One Two Lash (the one without the red dot) over your eye.

Position lash on top of your natural lashes, so the outside edge lines up with the edge of your natural lash line.

Leave the top lash where it is, and pick up the bottom lash (the one with the red dot)

Place the bottom lash under your natural lashes, so it meets and connects with the top lash magnet.

Adjust if necessary until the desired look and feel are achieved.
