J’can man reportedly chops his child’s mother in Antigua
KINGSTON, Jamaica — A Jamaican man wanted by Antiguan authorities for allegedly chopping his child’s mother on September 16, turned himself in on Tuesday.
According to Antiguan reports, 27-year-old Conroy “Connie” Jones, who was labeled “armed and dangerous”, is said to have attacked his 27-year-old victim in their home, leaving her with such serious injuries that she was admitted to the hospital in critical condition.
Jones, who was accompanied by his lawyer, surrendered himself at the Criminal Investigations Department in Antigua around 11:15 am and is said to be currently aiding the police with their investigations.
