Puss, hog and thief
What a whole heap a flood water (30) pon di road yesterday afternoon! I thought di rain (24) was finished from last week, but mi double wrong. But let it not be said that me a complain about rain. I am not!
I don’t know if is bad luck or a just a rake jooking me, but three black puss (14) crossed my path between Sunday and Monday. Serious thing, no joke. So you hold on to that puss tight, tight.
The hog (9) was there lying on Spanish Town Road dead (3). So why did the young man (23) kick the dead animal? Anyway, it could be worse, as him coulda did cut off a piece and go home wid it. I bet if it had been killed by a vehicle in the night it woulda ‘disappear’ and end up in the big (33) downtown market.
People, mi hear seh di thief (5) dem turn to licence plates, lay wait you from the parking lot of the plaza and then offer the plates to you. Drive fast to the police (13) station ’cause dem have gun (27) pon them.
