KINGSTON, Jamaica — Yello Media Jamaica General Manager, Jessica Campbell, says that retention of a loyal and growing customer base in the print directory, and increasing customers online through their online directory and Google products, were some of the company’s main accomplishments for the year.

For the new year, she said that Yello Media plans to tap further into the lucrative mobile market, with the re-launch of their new and improved mobile application.

The app, which will be available to both iPhone and Android users, is also expected to promote the expansion of Yello Media’s own mobile app development and marketing services.

Another anticipated programme for 2018 is the company’s website solutions, which have been redesigned to better address the needs of local and regional businesses, by offering greater customisation and the ability to implement seamless e-commerce experiences for businesses interested in selling their goods and services online.

The company will also continue the expansion of their advertising solutions portfolio with Flow TV and new products geared towards offering a diverse advertising mix to help businesses get more out of their advertising spend, Campbell said.

“We currently have an ever growing client base of close to 2,000 businesses of over 900,000 users that depend on our services,” Campbell said in a release assessing Yello Media’s performance over 2017.

“That’s why we’ve invested significantly in the development of our online and mobile platforms, as well as revamped the look and functionality of our print directory. We will continue to provide cutting-edge advertising solutions to meet the evolving needs of our advertisers while creating a pleasurable experience for our users,” she added.
