Weather Update: Scattered showers expected across most parishes today
KINGSTON, Jamaica — In the local forecast for this morning, isolated showers are expected across sections of northern parishes and partly cloudy elsewhere, the Meteorological Service of Jamaica has reported.
Come this afternoon, widely scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms are expected across sections of most parishes, while tonight should see lingering showers across sections of northern parishes.
Meanwhile, a trough is expected to develop across the island this afternoon, and a cold front is then expected to move into the western Caribbean tonight and influence weather conditions across the island by mid-week.
