Expect delays on Mandela Highway this morning
KINGSTON, Jamaica — The police are advising motorists who use the Mandela Highway to expect significant delays this morning.
The lawmen said this is due to construction work being undertaken at a section of the highway in the vicinity of the Caymanas crossing in St Catherine.
As such, motorists are being advised to use the turn off at Central Village and the Municipal turn off.
Police officers are said to be located at these points directing traffic and motorists are urged to obey their instructions.
