Fix the 32 bus route, JUTC
Dear Editor,
The JUTC number 32 bus route is neither properly supervised nor maintained by the company. In the mornings there are so many of them; however, in the evenings there are hardly any, so much so that, like me, many have to wait up to an hour or more before one arrives.
There used to be a male supervisor at the Half-Way-Tree bus stop in the evenings, but for the longest time now commuters have not seen him, and it seems the JUTC does not care or understand that there needs to be someone out there to monitor the crowd.
The passengers just simply refuse to form a queue, and when the drivers see the disorder they drive into the transport centre and keep driving around until they see some semblance of a line.
JUTC should have someone out there to control the crowd and have a line. What is happening with the 32 route is total madness and frustrating to the adults. If they do not do something, passengers might have to resort to the coaster buses/taxis and put their lives in danger, or buy their vehicles, and then JUTC employees would eventually be out of a job.
