Kenny Bling drops Still Working
Singjay Kenny Bling’s second EP, Still Working , is being released today by the Afar Music Group. The six-track EP comprises three songs which have already been released, while the others were recently recorded.
Mi Chargie, done on the popular Level Up rhythm and Bubble Fimi, are two of the songs that were released prior to Still Working. Both enjoyed solid traction in Jamaica.
Choices, a song appealing to youth to stay the straight and narrow, is also on the EP.
Still Working is Kenny Bling’s biggest project since signing last year with Afar Music Group. Mi Chargie has been his most successful song to date; a video for the track was filmed in his hometown of Steel Lane, Stony Hill.
The artiste also promoted Bubble Fimi aggressively on social media, setting things up for Still Working which Kenny Bling says appropriately sums up his work ethic and career.
“This music is a process, not only to make but to deliver to the consuming ears, and since life is a journey to us the process never stops. So we are continuously working on perfecting the music and life.”
Born Keneil Brown, Kenny Bling has been around the music scene since infancy. His father is Scully Brown, a deejay who worked the Montego Bay dance scene during the 1980s.
L I F E, Kenny Bling’s first EP, was released in 2015.
