MoBay hit by flooding again
SECTIONS of the city of Montego Bay were last night affected by flash flooding following a strong, sustained downpour that started in the evening.
Flood waters reportedly swept away a motor car into a ditch on the road in the vicinity of Cornwall College.
There was, up to press time, a long pile-up of traffic as motorists found it difficult to get in and out of the city.
Only recently businesses in downtown Montego Bay which were flooded in November last year showed signs of recovering from the millions of dollars lost.
Several cars were washed away and houses and businesses took a battering in that flood.
