An Easter Tradition
In keeping with tradition Terra Nova All-Suite Hotel Managing Director Ruth Hussey and her beloved granddaughter Christelle Harris, director of sales and marketing for Hamden Estate Rums, hosted their annual Easter Champagne High Tea on the property’s terrace. The event drew a fab set of ladies — and a few gents including Pine and Ginger featured artiste Joshua Meeks — for the afternoon affair. In true Terra Nova style a veritable smorgasbord of traditional and not-so-traditional house-specialities prompted patrons to return several times. Gleaming silver teapots of steaming hot water carried by waiters made the rounds as did flutes of perfectly chilled Champagne.
Pianist Dennis Rushton kept all in a mellow mood until it was, alas, time to leave.
