Audi gets the Advantage
Audi Jamaica launched its latest customer-focused endeavour, The Audi Advantage, to a packed venue at its Oxford Road showroom in New Kingston, last Thursday evening.
“If we must be honest, like most companies we spend a lot of our time and energies on getting new customers, something many businesses are guilty of, but not enough time showing our current customers how much we appreciate them,” Damien Kerr, head of business, Audi, told the J amaica Observer’s weekly Auto magazine.
Kerr said the Audi Advantage represents the future of Audi in Jamaica, with a strong focus not just on creating new sales, but also on keeping customers happy and engaged with the brand.
“The programme is instantly open to any customer that has bought a new Audi from ATL Automotive,” he explained.
The Audi Advantage offers a host of exclusive rewards, discounts and services to be rolled out as the programme moves forward. Kerr was happy to point out the multiple changes that have been made to the showroom and how business will now be handled.
“We’ve made some infrastructural changes,” he said.
The showroom itself has been redesigned for more comfort and faster service. In the workshop, cameras have been added to send repair update videos to customers, as well as alignment and tyre-changing can now be handled on-property.
The launch itself saw the showroom filled to near-capacity with guests enjoying fine food, drink and music into the late night.
