Man killed, girlfriend injured in Gregory Park shooting

ST CATHERINE, Jamaica — A man was shot dead and a woman injured after gunmen invaded their home in Gregory Park, St Catherine this morning.

Dead is 29-year-old Orlando Marshall, a horse groomer at Caymanas Park in the parish.

Reports are that shortly after 2:00 am, residents heard explosions in the yard where Marshall was staying with his girlfriend.

He was found soon after with multiple gunshot wounds and his throat slashed.  

Marshall’s girlfriend was reportedly shot in both legs and has been hospitalised.
