Weather Update: Partly cloudy, windy conditions expected today
KINGSTON, Jamaica — The Meteorological (Met) Service of Jamaica is reporting that partly cloudy conditions are expected across eastern parishes this morning, while windy conditions are expected across southern coastal areas.
This afternoon should expect widely scattered showers and thunderstorms across sections of western parishes, while windy conditions are expected across southern parishes.
Tonight should be mainly fair.
The Met Office said the partly cloudy and windy conditions are due to a high pressure ridge across the northern Caribbean that is expected to build across the island over the next two days.
