Three sentenced on lotto scam-related charges
WESTMORELAND, Jamaica — Three men who pleaded guilty for possession of identity information were sentenced in the Westmoreland Circuit Court yesterday, according to the police.
They are Randy Richards, Lincoln Chaikim, and Odane Warren.
Richards and Chaikim were fined $350,000 or three years imprisonment at hard labour and four years imprisonment at hard labour suspended for three years.
Warren was fined $350,000 or two years imprisonment at hard labour and two years imprisonment at hard labour to run concurrently if the fine is not paid.
Lawmen added that a 16-year-old who also pleaded guilty today was ordered to serve three years probation.
