Breathless Montego Bay wins Caribbean Hotel Development of the Year
Breathless Resorts & Spa Montego Bay was named the Best New Caribbean Development for 2017 at the recently concluded Caribbean Hotel Investment & Resorts Summit.
A news release from Kronos Investment & Development said that the the property was recognised for its chic design, state-of-the-art guest-friendly technology, unique roof top bar and restaurant, spectacular vistas, and eco-sensitive setting.
AM Resorts, the conceptualisers of the Breathless Brand and operators of the resort, were also praised for the property’s “Breathless Lifestyle Experience”.
The 150-suite hotel bordering the Bogue Lagoon in the Montego Freeport opened to in December 2017 after only 15 months of construction.
Breathless Resort is owned by Seawind Key Investments Limited, and was developed and constructed by a multinational team of professionals from Jamaica, the Caribbean and Spain at a cost of US$50 million.
