Today’s Horoscope

HAPPY BIRTHDAY for Friday, June 1, 2018: This year you will want to move forward and be more open-minded. Still, you have certain obligations that you will want to honour that at times might feel like a drag. If you are single, you could meet someone who will be significant to your life’s history. You will feel very connected to this person. If you are attached, the two of you often enjoy your spare time together. Let your sweetie dominate more often. CAPRICORN knows how to challenge you and throw you into confusion.

ARIES (March 21-April 19): You understand what is happening around you. When you arrive at a meeting or party, others see you as a key player. Opportunities arise from out of left field, and perhaps more than once. Finish a project, or at least get a phase of a project done. Tonight: Opt for togetherness.

TAURUS (April 20-May 20): Don’t push so hard to get what you want. Try to cater to others less often, and focus on wrapping up a heavy workweek. Extremes hit from out of the blue. Know what is going on with someone who is from a different culture than you. Tonight: Let your imagination take the lead.

GEMINI (May 21-June 20): Be careful about how you say what is on your mind, as confusion is common today. Understand your limits. Conversations with a key individual will carry a lot more power than usual. Investigate what could be an exciting possibility. Tonight: Drinks with a favourite person.

CANCER (June 21-July 22): You could be tongue-tied when you try to explain where you are coming from. Keep conversations light and airy, or you could become bored and/or resentful. Be more upbeat when dealing with a key friend who knows many people in your life. Tonight: Go with the moment.

LEO (July 23-Aug 22): You could be very tired and feel tested to the max. You have gone out of your way to create stronger foundations and build an important bond. Don’t worry so much about what is occurring. Know that everything will work out with some patience. Tonight: Let it all hang out.

VIRGO (Aug 23-Sept 22): You might be a star at work, at home and just about everywhere else you choose to go. The problem is that you don’t have enough time to capture the attention of certain people. Focus on achieving what you must, then decide what to do. Tonight: Kick up your feet and relax.

LIBRA (Sept 23-Oct 22): You could be worn out from running errands and from the recent hectic pace. It appears as if you have been quite scattered as of late. Your imagination infuses your day and its normal routine with some chaos. Do not fight the inevitable. Tonight: Happily head home early.

SCORPIO (Oct 23-Nov 21): How you visualise your day playing out could be different from the reality. Do not push someone too hard. You will find a loved one unusually innovative. Enjoy relating to this person as you get into his or her upbeat energy. Tonight: Out with a favourite person.

SAGITTARIUS (Nov 22-Dec 21): Be direct, and ask for what you want. Before you run into a problem with your finances, make sure your chequebook is balanced. Honour the need to relax and have a good time; however, do your best to avoid going overboard. Tonight: Treat a close friend to a night out on the town.

CAPRICORN (Dec 22-Jan 19): You smile, and others relax. Your personality melts barriers and brightens others’ mood. You seem more upbeat than you have been in a while. Bring friends together to join you in celebrating the end of the workday. Make the most of the moment. Tonight: Live it up!

AQUARIUS (Jan 20-Feb 18): You might be happiest with some downtime. If you can take a few days off, do. You cannot always work and live at the intense pace you recently have been. You might have a difficult time winding down, but you will, given some time. Tonight: Do what feels right.

PISCES (Feb 19-March 20): A fun meeting or get-together could set the mood for the remainder of the day. News from a distance might encourage you to schedule a trip to visit some family members. Your sense of humour is sparked by a loved one’s witty comments. Tonight: Accept an offer.
