NWC pointed out that in addition to these planned and announced interruptions in service, disruptions may also occur in parts of the Corporate Area due to unannounced emergency work, breaks to pipelines, air blockages, immediate responses to issues on the network, localized problems or other changes resulting from the Non-Revenue Water (NRW) reduction programme which is ultimately aimed at dramatically improving the water supply system in Kingston and St Andrew.
