Tertiary student killed in St Mary crash

KINGSTON, Jamaica – Police have reported that an 18-year-old woman died this morning following injuries she sustained in a motor vehicle accident on the Gully Road in Oracabessa, St Mary.

Dead is Abigail Angus, a student at a tertiary institution.

Reports from the Oracabessa Police are that about 4:20 am, Angus was a passenger in a grey Toyota Fortuner motor truck when the driver allegedly lost control of the vehicle which collided with a tree. Angus died while undergoing treatment at hospital.

The Oracabessa Police are investigating.
