Gas prices down $0.28, diesel down $0.08
KINGSTON, Jamaica — Motorists should see a decrease at the pumps in the price of gasoline and diesel, effective Thursday July 26, according to the latest ex-refinery costs from Petrojam.
87- and 90-octane gasoline will be sold for $134.91 and $137.75 per litre, respectively, down by $0.28 each.
Automotive diesel fuel will be sold for $133.68 per litre following a decrease of $0.08 while ultra-low sulphur diesel is down by $0.42, and will be sold for $138.21 per litre.
Meanwhile, kerosene decreased in price by $0.53 and will be sold for $115.02 per litre.
Propane liquid petroleum will be sold for $51.32 per litre, down by $0.84 and butane liquid petroleum will be sold for $59.64 per litre after a decrease of $0.45.
Marketing companies and retailers will add their respective mark-up to these prices.
