80-y-o pensioner dies after being hit by motorcar
KINGSTON, Jamaica — An 80-year-old pensioner, died yesterday after he sustained multiple injuries in a motor vehicle collision along the Burnt Savannah main road in Westmoreland.
Report are that the pensioner, who is also a resident of Burnt Savannah, was walking along the aforementioned roadway when he was hit by a motor vehicle and was quickly taken to hospital by residents of the area .
He died while being treated
The police have thus far been quiet on the matter, even failing to indicate whether it was a hit and run situation.
