St James policeman seriously injured in motor vehicle collision

KINGSTON, Jamaica – OBSERVER ONLINE has just been informed that a policeman attached to the St James Division is now in hospital in serious condition following a motor vehicle collision early this morning.

The name of the policeman has not yet been ascertained but reports are indicating that the lawman lost control of the vehicle he was driving in the Cambridge area of the Division. The vehicle then overturned and the policeman was rushed to hospital.

Checks with hospital personnel confirmed that the policeman received multiple injuries and was in a serious condition.
