The power company, in a release, said such community intervention is key as it ensures that residents have access to medical care and other vital services, and supports its corporate responsibility of helping to maintain the health and sustainability of the community where it is located.
The WKPP health and wellness fair will be held at the Tivoli Gardens High School from 9:00 am to 4 pm at no cost to the public. The fair, which will be held under the theme, “Live Healthy, Live Long”, will provide a variety of services geared towards facilitating healthier lifestyles.
Services include vision screening, hearing tests, blood pressure checks, blood sugar tests, cholesterol tests as well as a variety of presentations from our partners, said the company.
“These and other non-medical services and benefits, such as giveaways and live entertainment will be available throughout the day.
