JustBet offers $1.75 for Chelsea to beat Arsenal

…Napoli at $2.35 against Lazio in Serie A

Tomorrow (August 18) the most exciting league in Europe, the English Premier League, kicks into second gear, while the Italian Serie A welcome superstar Cristiano Ronaldo to their shores, which is sure to give that league a much-needed boost.

After five of the ‘big’ six won in the English Premier League last week, Arsenal, the only ‘one’ not to have won, will travel to Chelsea in search of their first win of the season.

JustBet gives you an insight on what to expect in this London derby, after which we jet over to Italy to preview the big matchup between Lazio and last season’s dazzlers Napoli.

It will be two new London managers going head to head when Maurizio Sarri’s Chelsea host Unai Emery’s Arsenal in the big London derby at Stamford Bridge in what has always been a a heart-stopping, highly electric match. Both clubs have made big changes in the summer in terms of personnel, with the hope that their new coaches can usher in new eras of style and success.

Chelsea got off to the perfect start with a big 3-0 win at Huddersfield, while Arsenal’s campaign lumbered into life with a toothless 0-2 home defeat against champions Manchester City. A defeat for either team won’t necessarily spell disaster for the season given that they need time to build.

Chelsea’s Sarri is desperate for his first home win, while Emery will not want to be beaten in the capital for the second game running. Given what is at stake for both managers, football fans are set for a humdinger.

This London derby has seen both teams meeting in 162 matches, with Arsenal winning 62 to Chelsea’s 51 victories. Arsenal have scored 226 goals in comparison to the 209 goals Chelsea have scored. Although both teams are evenly matched on paper, Chelsea’s midfield is more dominant and their form from their stellar performance last week might give them the edge. But who knows — maybe Arsenal might surprise everyone one who has written them off and pull off the win.

The betting tip? Drawn game and under 2.5 goals.

The JustBet Odds on the match are as follows:

Chelsea to win $1.73, which means that a $1,000 bet would pay $1,730.

Arsenal to win $4.20, which means that a $1,000 bet would pay $4,200.

Odds of a draw, $3.75, which means that a $1,000 bet would pay $3,750.

Odds on the home team (Chelsea) winning the game 2-1 at full-time, $8.00, which means that a $1,000 bet would pay $8,000.

Odds on the away team (Arsenal) winning the game 1-2, at full time, $14.00, which means that a $1,000 bet would pay $14,000.

Odds on the game drawing 1-1 at full time, $7.00, which means that a $1,000 bet would pay $7,000!!!

Now for our second game on Saturday at 1:30 pm local time. It brings together two of Serie A’s big hitters and entertainers as Lazio entertain the smooth and silky Napoli.

Lazio have not won this fixture in the last three seasons, and will try to put a stop to this woeful streak. On the other hand, Napoli want to continue their impressive record against Lazio and get their campaign off to a flyer.

Lazio were very good last season and seemed destined for a Champions League spot; however a bad loss in their last game against Inter Milan denied them that vital fourth and final spot. So good were they that they easily had the best offence in the league — scoring 89 goals, reaching the semi-finals of the Coppa Italia and the quarter-finals of the Europa league.

Napoli, on the other hand, have changed coaches with winner Carlo Ancelotti at the helm. When both Napoli and Lazio met last season, Napoli destroyed Lazio 4-1 twice home and away. In fact, Napoli have actually been very dominant away to Lazio at this venue; they have not lost a single match here in the past five years.

The betting tip? Napoli for the away win.

The JustBet Odds on the match are as follows:

Lazio to win $2.75, which means that a $1,000 bet would pay $2,750.

Napoli to win $2.35, which means that a $1,000 bet would pay $2,350.

Odds of a draw, $3.45, which means that a $1,000 bet would pay $3,450.

Odds on the home team (Lazio) winning the game 3-2 at full time, $28.00, which means that a $1,000 bet would pay $28,000.

Odds on the away team (Napoli) winning the game 1-3, at full time, $18.00, which means that a $1,000 bet would pay $18,000.

Odds on the game drawing 2-2 at full time, $12.50, which means that a $1,000 bet would pay $12,500!!!!!
