Trelawny Parish court evacuated after bomb threat
TRELAWNY, Jamaica — The Trelawny Parish Court in Duncans has been evacuted following a bomb threat.
The Court Management Services (CMS) informed a short while ago that the police and members of the Fire Department are currently carrying out investigations.
All matters scheduled for the court today have been rescheduled and affected persons have been contacted and issued new return dates, CMS said.
It also advised members of the public to contact the court office tomorrow at 876-954-2191 for more information concerning their matters.
The courthouse will be reopened as soon as clearance is given by the authorities.
