Jamaica Customs encourages online feedback
The Jamaica Customs Agency (JCA) is encouraging its customers to utilise its Customer Relationship and Feedback Form (CRFF) online platform. The form can be accessed at: www.jacustoms.gov.jm.
The CRFF replaces the Customer Enquiry Form, and is part of the JCA’s thrust to improve the quality of service provided across the agency, as it provides a wider scope for customers to lodge their queries or complaints; make reports; put forward suggestions, commendations and recommendations; provide information involving intelligence, bribery or corruption; or simply give their feedback.
Importantly, the Customer Relationship and Feedback Form is used by the agency for gathering and analysing information, monitoring the agency’s service standards, and evaluating the effectiveness of Customs processes and/or procedures in all areas.
The general features of the form include:
• The client’s contact information
• The Customs station or place of interaction
• The nature of concern being put forward by the client
• The client’s/customer’s experience or report.
In addition to the online platform, a manual version of the form can also be accessed at any Customs location.
Customers can also call the agency’s customer service team at 922-5140-8 or email: public.relations@jacustoms.gov.jm for information on any Customs-related matter.
