UPDATE: Bodies of Martha Brae drowning victims found
KINGSTON, Jamaica —The bodies of a five-year-old American boy and that of a local raft captain, who were feared dead in a drowning incident on Tuesday in the Martha Brae River in Trelawny, were fished from the river this afternoon.
The two — 65-year-old Llewellyn Reid, also known as “Bagga Jagga” of Zion in Trelawny, and Jace Jones of Massachusetts — drowned when the captain jumped into the water to save the child who has fallen into the river.

Efforts by the authorities to recover the bodies after the incident proved futile until today. The boy and his two elder brothers were visiting relatives on the island when they went to the popular attraction.
