Girl, 2, found unsupervised in downtown Kingston
KINGSTON, Jamaica — The police are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying a two-year-old girl who was found unsupervised in the rural bus park in downtown, Kingston yesterday.
She is dark complexion slim build and about two feet (76.2 centimetres) tall.
Reports from the Darling Street police are that about 5:43 pm, the child was observed sitting on a bench in the bus park. She was handed over to the police by a citizen who became concerned after noticing that the child was not being supervised.
She was dressed in a blue and white stripped merino, blue jeans pants and a pair of black and brown slippers. She sports a Mohawk hairstyle, has shaved eye brows and both ears pierced.
The police are appealing to anyone who may be able to assist in reuniting her with her family to contact the Darling Street police at 948-6773 / 349-5213, police 119 emergency number or the nearest police station.
