Fuzed returns with a bang
AFTER a year break, Fuzed returns to 22 Jerk at 22 Barbican Road in St Andrew on October 27.
Munga Honorebel, Ghana, and Runkus are the featured acts for the acoustic, live-music concert. They will be backed by the Old Ski band.
Vivian Thomas, conceptualiser and CEO of PushaYute Productions label, said the series had its niche.
“The difference between Fuzed and other live showcases is that it’s an acoustic intimate setting,” said Thomas.
“Munga is a major dancehall star known for his great live performances, Runkus is known for his versatility and his ability to fuse multiple genres, while Ghana is a reggae-fusion artiste with incredible potential, this show is going to blow people’s minds.”
According to the conceptualiser Thomas, the show had been a favourite of music enthusiasts and artistically individuals since its first staging five years ago.
“Music breaks age, race, cultural, geographical barriers. So whether your preference is rock, pop, hip hop, dance, or another of the many music genres reaching globally … there is something for everyone at Fuzed,” Thomas said.
