Gas prices down $1.29, diesel down $0.71
KINGSTON, Jamaica — Motorists should see a decrease at the pumps in the price of gasoline and diesel, effective Thursday November 1, according to the latest ex-refinery costs from PetroJam.
87- and 90-octane gasoline will be sold for $135.95 and $138.79 per litre, respectively, down by $1.29 each.
Automotive diesel fuel will be sold for $143.71 per litre following a decrease of $0.71 while ultra-low sulphur diesel is down by $0.74, and will be sold for $148.22 per litre.
Meanwhile, kerosene decreased in price by $0.95 and will be sold for $122.91 per litre.
Propane liquid petroleum will be sold for $52.32 per litre, down by $1.32 and butane liquid petroleum will be sold for $58.01 per litre after a decrease of $2.02.
Marketing companies and retailers will add their respective mark-up to these prices.
