Conkarah debuts at number 11 on this week’s Billboard Reggae Album Chart with Inna Reggae Style: 90s Edition Vol 1 . The six-song EP, released on October 26 by Conkarah Music, sold 44 copies in its first week.

It contains covers of popular rock songs from the 1990s and early 2000s. They are Zombie by The Cranberries, Here Without You by 3 Doors Down, Save Tonight (Eagle Eyed Cherry), Lips of an Angel (Hinder), Under The Bridge (Red Hot Chili Peppers) and Torn, made popular by Natalie Imbruglia.

This is Conkarah’s third entry on the chart. He peaked at number four last year with Timeless Love, while Don’t Kill My Love stalled at number seven in 2016.

There is a new number one this week as Boston band Elovaters debuts with Defy Gravity. Released on October 26 by Rootfire Cooperative, the 11-song set sold 346 copies.

Their previous entry came last year with Cornerstone which opened and stalled at number nine.

Former number one, 44/876 from Sting and Shaggy, holds firm at number two after selling an additional 312 copies. To date it has sold 50,059.

Another former chart-topper, Never Ending by Beres Hammond, is steady at number three. It sold 262 copies last week, compared to 333 the previous week.

Moving up three places to number four is Free Rein by Rebelution. It has to date sold 18,155 copies.

Everyday Life, Everyday People by Slightly Stoopid re-enters the chart at number five with total sales of 13,714 copies.

Poetry in Motion by SOJA steps up three places to number six. Released last November, the set has so far sold 8,211 copies.

Last week’s number one, Rockstone by Jr Thomas and the Volcanos, falls to number seven with another 69 copies sold. That is a massive drop from the 670 copies it registered the previous week.

Good Life by Collie Buddz is down to number eight, while Damian Marley’s Stony Hill rebounds at number nine. It is second in sales to 44/876 with 22,246.

South of 5th by Mayday rounds out the Top 10, moving up three places.
