Traffic pile-up on Mandela Highway
KINGSTON, Jamaica — The National Works Agency (NWA), in a tweet a short while ago, said there is a traffic pile up along the Mandela Highway due to a broken water line.
As such, the agency is urging motorists to use alternative routes where possible “as delays are significant”.
The agency said the National Water Commission (NWC) is working to effect repairs.
